Who we work for

Almost nobody in surplus lines software will show you a customer. The category runs on anonymous testimonials and unverifiable counters, and we are not going to add to the pile. What follows is what we actually do, for people who actually pay us.

Case study — A national trucking program

A national trucking program, finally reportable

The problem was the one every growing program hits: the answer to a carrier or reinsurer question lived in several systems that each held a different version of the truth, and producing it meant a week of spreadsheet surgery.

We run a production insurance data warehouse for this program today, including unreported-exposure analysis down to the individual vehicle. Loss runs arrive as documents and land as data; the reporting that used to be assembled by hand runs on a schedule.

The client owns the warehouse and the code. Nothing is held hostage.
